Gold Prices Surge Across India on July 30
Gold prices in India rose across all cities on July 30. The increase was seen in both 22-carat and 24-carat gold, with prices rising by ₹15 to ₹16 per gram compared to yesterday. According to BusinessLine, the price of 8 grams of 22-carat gold increased by ₹120, while for 24-carat gold it rose by ₹128.
The cities that saw the highest increase in gold prices were Chennai and Hyderabad, where 1-gram of 22-carat gold was priced at ₹13,230, up from yesterday's price. The price of 8 grams of 22-carat gold also increased to ₹1,05,840 in these cities.
In other major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and Kolkata, the price increase for 1-gram of 22-carat gold was ₹15, while for 24-carat gold it was ₹16 per gram. The prices for 8 grams of 22-carat and 24-carat gold also saw an increase by ₹120 and ₹128 respectively.
