Gold prices surged on September 10th as the US dollar weakened. The market was influenced by the Federal Reserve's (Fed) interest rate policy, and experts believe the downward trend may be temporary.

The price of SJC gold bars in Vietnam remained unchanged at 143.6-146.6 million VND/ounce, while 9999 pure gold rings were priced between 143.1-146.1 million VND/ounce.

Global gold prices rose sharply as the US dollar continued to depreciate, reaching 4,390.9-4,392.9 USD/ounce on the Kitco exchange.

Anthony Kim, head of global metals trading at Goldman Sachs, stated that the decline in gold prices since February 2026 is only a temporary phase and predicted that gold could reach new record highs in the medium term.
