Gold Prices Surge in Pakistan, Silver Sees Upward Trend

The price of gold surged in Pakistan's local market on Friday, with 24-karat gold per tola increasing by Rs5,100 to reach Rs454,336.

The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported that the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs4,372 to Rs389,519, while the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold climbed by Rs4,008 to Rs357,072.

In the international market, the price of gold also saw an upward trend, rising by $51 to $4,319 per ounce, according to the association's data.
