On Sunday, August 9, gold prices surged in international markets. The price of an ounce hit $4,342.6 for buying and $4,341.3 for selling. In Egypt, the 24-karat gold price jumped to EGP 7,009.92 for purchase and EGP 6,912.67 for sale, according to Dahab Masr data at 3:52 PM.
The 21-karat gold price also increased, reaching EGP 6,134.29 for buying and EGP 6,049.19 for selling in Egypt. The recent fluctuations in gold prices have been significant, with the metal experiencing a one-month high globally, according to previous reports.
