Gold Reaches Three-Month High Amid Consistent Weekly Gains
Gold prices have surged to their highest level in over three months, reaching $4,617 per ounce on Friday. This marks a significant gain of 5% for the precious metal over the week.
The climb is attributed to gold's consistent performance, having recorded its highest daily level since early February on Wednesday. US gold futures also gained 1.7% to settle at $4,647.
Other precious metals have followed suit, with spot silver rising 2% to $69.43 per ounce and platinum gaining 3.8% to $1,897.36. Palladium advanced 0.6% to $1,342.30.
