Gold Seeks Recovery Above Key Level
Gold futures are consolidating after a sharp correction from their recent high of $4,755. The price is currently trading near $4,486 on the 15-minute chart, which matches the Daily VC PMI mean. This represents a short-term equilibrium and an important decision point for the next directional move.
The immediate bullish objective is to break above the Daily Sell 1 level at $4,521, followed by a breakout above the Daily Sell 2 level at $4,559. A sustained recovery above this level would strengthen momentum and target the Weekly VC PMI mean at $4,593. Above that level, the descending resistance line near $4,615, $4,630 becomes the next technical obstacle.
On the other hand, the Daily Buy 1 level at $4,445 is the first major support level, which is reinforced by the Weekly Buy 1 level at $4,432. This creates a high-probability support zone between $4,432 and $4,445. The chart's recent low of $4,445.60 confirms that buyers have already responded near this level.
