Gold Silver Prices Plummet as Demand Remains Low
The price of gold and silver has seen fluctuations on a daily basis. In the last day of the business week, there was an increase in the prices of both metals. However, this trend reversed on Friday morning at local futures markets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), October delivery gold futures fell by 0.45% to trade at ₹1,51,657 per 10 grams, while December delivery silver futures dropped by 0.74% to trade at ₹2,32,368 per kilogram.
During the morning business session on Friday, gold reached a high of ₹1,51,800 and a low of ₹1,50,695, while silver touched a high of ₹2,32,650 and a low of ₹2,30,270.
