MCX Gold prices have surged to ₹1,58,978 per 10 grams, extending their rally in the market. This comes as gold spot prices are trading around $4,541 per ounce, down a marginal 0.08% in the international market.

Silver has also shown improvement, with its price rising by 1.3% to $66.7 per ounce in US markets. The increase in silver prices is likely due to the yellow metal holding near the $4,500-an-ounce level amid lower Treasury yields.

Meanwhile, crude oil spot prices have risen, with Brent Futures trading around $92.8 per barrel and WTI Crude traded 1.4% higher at $85.5. The increase in oil prices is attributed to US President Donald Trump's threat of stricter economic restrictions against Iran, which has led to new sanctions on the country's oil exports.
