Gold Soars as Global Debt Crisis Deepens

The global government debt picture is dire, with a long-term meltdown of fiat currencies against gold unmistakable. The current situation could see oil prices surge, further exacerbating the crisis.

A key factor in this scenario is the Iran war and the resulting oil supply shortage. Although the mainstream media has downplayed its significance, the dumping from global Strategic Petroleum Reserves (SPRs) will soon reach critical levels in 3-4 months.

There are three possible scenarios: a major resumption of war, little or no resumption but no opening of Hormuz, and an end to the war with Hormuz open but subject to tolls. Regardless of which path is taken, gold is poised for a significant price increase.
