Grain Markets Rally to New Highs: Can Corn Hold Gains in September?

The grain markets have posted higher monthly closes for August, with corn futures making new contract highs and closing 1.25 cents higher on Monday.

Brian Grete from Commstock Investments said that funds poured massive amounts of money into the complex, but it's unclear if they are done buying yet.

The true test will be if corn can hold gains at the start of a new month as August was dominated by fund buying not just in corn but the entire grain complex.
