Grain Prices Decline Amid Market Volatility

Closing grain prices have been announced for Monday, August 24, 2026, by Craig Read. According to Bunge's Moose Jaw terminal, Amber Durum is trading at 276.15 dollars per unit. Feed Barley has a price of 203.59 dollars.

The Canola market saw a drop in prices, down 9.60 dollars from the previous day, with a current price of 718.65 dollars. Kabuli Chickpeas and Flax also have announced prices: 573.20 and 610.54 dollars respectively.

Red Lentils are trading at 516.50 dollars, while Oats have a price of 155.00 dollars per unit. Large Yellow Peas are selling for 290.95 dollars and Feed Wheat is priced at 233.71 dollars.

The futures prices, provided by David Derwin of Ventum Financial, show some variation. Specifically, 1 Red Spring Wheat has increased in price by 0.73 dollars to 289.46 dollars per unit.
