Gujarat Ambuja Exports Expands Corn Wet Milling Capacity in Hubli

Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd is expanding its corn wet milling capacity in Hubli, Karnataka. The company will invest ₹333 crore to set up an 850 tonnes per day (TPD) greenfield corn wet milling plant adjacent to its existing unit.

The new facility is expected to be commissioned by Q4 FY29 and will have a production capacity of 400 TPD of corn starch, 150 TPD of sweeteners, and 300 TPD of feed ingredients. With this expansion, the total manufacturing capacity at the Hubli unit will increase to 1,600 TPD.

Gujarat Ambuja Exports currently has 5,600 tonnes per day of corn wet milling capacity and plans to increase its overall capacity to 9,000 tonnes per day by 2030. The expansion is expected to enhance the company's integrated manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio.
