Gujarat Ambuja Exports Invests ₹333 Crore in New Corn Wet Milling Plant
Gujarat Ambuja Exports plans to invest ₹333 crore in a new corn wet milling plant at Hubli, Karnataka. The company will establish the facility adjacent to its existing 750 TPD corn wet milling plant at the location.
The proposed production capacity of the new plant is 850 TPD, which includes 400 TPD of corn starch, 150 TPD of sweeteners, and 300 TPD of feed ingredients. This will increase the total capacity of the Hubli plant to 1,600 TPD after completion.
The expansion project is part of Gujarat Ambuja Exports' broader strategy to increase its overall capacity to 9,000 TPD by 2030. The company currently has 5,600 TPD of corn wet milling capacity and aims to strengthen its integrated manufacturing capabilities in domestic and international markets.
