Gulf Coast Energy Forum Brings Industry Leaders Together
The U.S. Gulf Coast is set to remain the epicenter for liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports, with over 400 energy industry decision-makers expected to attend the 8th Annual Gulf Coast Energy Forum in New Orleans from October 14-16, 2026.
The forum will bring together stakeholders from across the commercial value chain, including producers, transporters, and buyers, to assess the US Gulf Coast natural gas and LNG export markets. Key topics on the agenda include the industry's response to rising US natural gas demand, liquefaction and export of LNG for power generation, and domestic US gas demand driven by economic growth and re-industrialization.
Panels will cover issues such as worldwide geopolitical events impacting energy markets, reliable electricity from natural gas-fired power generation, and the accelerating development of natural gas midstream infrastructure. The forum will also evaluate numerous new LNG export terminal projects, forecasted growth in US LNG export capacity, and increasing global market share.
