Gulf Oil Lubricants Surges 29% as Demand Outpaces Input Costs
Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of ₹123.1 crore for the first quarter, a 28.6% increase from ₹96 crore in the corresponding period last year.
The company's revenue from operations increased by 30.6% to ₹1,327 crore from ₹1,016.4 crore in Q1 FY26, while EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) rose 30.2% to ₹166 crore.
Gulf Oil Lubricants reported a 17% year-on-year growth in lubricant volumes despite supply challenges arising from the West Asia crisis.
The company maintained margin resilience despite unprecedented input cost inflation and pricing challenges, ensuring uninterrupted supplies to customers.
