Halliburton Lands Major Contracts from Aramco in Saudi Arabia
Halliburton has secured major contracts from Aramco to manage onshore fields in Saudi Arabia. The deals, worth millions of dollars, will see Halliburton deliver integrated well services for approximately 285 planned wells across multiple sites.
The contracts cover oil re-entry operations, drilling, completions, and workovers, with a focus on safety, technical expertise, and real-time decision-making. Halliburton's collaborative approach aims to maximize asset value and reduce operational costs.
Aramco is pursuing major projects to maintain maximum sustainable capacity at 12.0 mmbpd by 2026, including the Zuluf crude oil increment and phase two of the Dammam development project. The company also seeks to boost gas production capacity by around 80% over 2021 levels by 2030.
Rami Yassine, president of Halliburton's Eastern Hemisphere, said: 'The scope reflects the strength of our drilling technology and our proven ability to efficiently execute complex operations.'
