Harvest Operations Corp., an oil and gas company, has announced plans to divest its conventional properties in Alberta and British Columbia. The company has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to assist with the sale of the assets.

The Properties consist of operated and non-operated working interests located throughout Alberta and British Columbia. They can be divided into three geographical packages: BC, East AB, and Rocky Mountain House (RMH). RMH is further subdivided into RMH East and RMH West, but only if an offer includes all the Properties.

Harvest's preference is to dispose of all the Properties in a single disposition. The company aims to sell its assets as quickly as possible, with cash offers accepted until October 1, 2026.
