Hercules Metals Raises $4.5 Million for Leviathan Copper System Expansion

Hercules Metals Corp. has completed its non-brokered private placement of C$4,500,000.92 in gross proceeds.

The company issued 7,258,066 common shares at a price of C$0.62 per share to the former members of the Arizona Sonoran Copper Company Inc. team who are joining the Hercules Metals Corp. leadership team.

The funds will be used for continued drilling and expansion of the Leviathan porphyry copper system, exploration of additional targets, geological and resource modeling, and general working capital and corporate purposes.
