Houthi Rebels Claim 31 Military Operations Against Saudi Targets

Yemen's Houthi rebels have claimed to have staged 31 military operations against Saudi targets in the past month, according to a social media post by Houthi spokesman Ameen Hayyan.

The operations, which took place from July 20 to August 19, targeted eight Saudi oil tankers, including five in the Red Sea and three in the Gulf of Aden and the Arabian Sea, said Hayyan.

Hayyan also stated that Houthi forces prevented 48 Saudi oil tankers from traversing regional waterways, including 14 in the Red Sea and 34 in the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean.
