Yemen's Houthi rebels claimed that Saudi-backed forces launched dozens of airstrikes across four provinces in Yemen overnight. The strikes come after rebel attacks on Saudi Arabia ignited fires at several oil facilities and wounded dozens of people.

The Iranian government said its forces struck eight oil tankers, two U.S. vessels, and 10 ships attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz in retaliation for U.S. strikes on five Iranian tankers on Tuesday.
