Houthi Strikes Hit Oil Facility, Kill Dozens in Yemen Conflict

The Houthi rebels in Yemen have launched a series of missile and drone attacks on Saudi-backed forces, resulting in at least 11 deaths and over 40 injuries. The strikes targeted the port city of Mokha, including military equipment and personnel.

Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree claimed responsibility for the attacks, stating they were retaliation for alleged Saudi drone incursions into northwestern Yemen.

The Jazan oil facility operated by Saudi state-owned Saudi Aramco was also targeted with a drone attack, but no casualties or disruptions to operations have been reported. A fire at the facility has been extinguished.
