Houthis Escalate Conflict with Saudi Arabia Oil Facility Attack
The conflict in the Middle East has taken another turn as Yemen's Houthis claimed responsibility for an attack on a crucial port on the Red Sea, killing people and escalating tensions over strategic waterways.
The rebels also said they attacked an oil facility on Sunday in southwestern Saudi Arabia, marking the latest assault by Iranian-backed forces on the kingdom.
The Pentagon has called on the US defense industry to accelerate production of weapons, while Israel insists it won't withdraw from Gaza until Hamas disarms. Meanwhile, Iran has made new demands regarding the restart of negotiations and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
