Houthis Expand Campaign into Saudi Arabia, Wound Dozens
The Houthis have expanded their military campaign into Saudi Arabia, attacking four cities in the south of the country on Tuesday. According to reports, more than 70 people were wounded and oil installations were set ablaze.
Iran's Tasnim news agency reported that a US missile struck an Iranian tanker four miles from Kharg Island, but no casualties were reported. The Pentagon had no immediate response to the reports.
The Houthis used drones and missiles to strike a Saudi airbase in Khamis Mushait and oil company assets in Abha, Najran, and Jazan. NASA satellite images showed thick clouds of smoke over the Jazan refinery and an oil distribution center in Abha.
