Houthis Fire Ballistic Missiles at Saudi Oil Tanker

The Houthi Movement in Yemen has fired ballistic missiles at a Saudi oil tanker in the Red Sea, according to their military spokesperson Yahya Saree. The vessel was forced to change course after breaching a newly declared maritime blockade of Saudi Arabia.

The Houthis claim that the tanker ignored warning calls and continued on its original path. This incident comes as part of the group's efforts to enforce a naval blockade on Saudi Arabia in response to what they describe as a Saudi siege on Yemen, an allegation Riyadh has denied.
