Houthis Launch Deadly Attacks on Saudi Oil Refinery and Yemen
Yemen's Houthi rebels launched a series of attacks on Sunday, targeting a Saudi oil refinery and killing at least 11 people in Yemen. The strikes came as the Houthis announced a maritime blockade of Saudi Arabia, hitting Saudi tankers in the Red Sea.
A medical source in Mokha reported that three civilians and eight military personnel were killed in the Houthi attacks. Thirty-two individuals were wounded, six of them civilians.
The Houthis' military spokesman Yahya Saree said the group had targeted 'Saudi enemy' troops and equipment with missiles and drones in response to incursions by drones from Saudi Arabia into northwest Yemen.
