Houthis Launch Drone Attacks on Saudi Oil Facilities
Yemen's Houthi group claimed responsibility for drone attacks on key oil facilities in eastern Saudi Arabia, targeting 'sensitive targets and points for the supply and transport of crude oil from eastern Saudi Arabia to Yanbu'.
The group stated that the attack was in response to repeated violations of Yemeni airspace by Saudi Arabia. Military spokesman Yahya Saree announced the attack, but no details were provided about possible damage or casualties.
Saudi authorities had previously reported intercepting and destroying several drones launched from Iraqi territory targeting oil facilities in the kingdom on Monday morning.
