Houthis Launch Drone Strikes on Saudi Refinery and Yemeni Port
Houthi rebels in Yemen launched drone strikes against a Saudi oil refinery and the port of Mokha, killing at least seven people and injuring 15. The attack on the Aramco refinery was reportedly precise and carried out in response to Saudi drone violations of Yemeni airspace.
The Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree claimed that dozens of Saudis were killed or wounded in the strike, which included ballistic missiles and drones. The National Resistance Forces, who align themselves with the government of Yemen, reported four military personnel and three civilians were killed, as well as 15 injured.
The attack on Mokha was part of a broader operation targeting Saudi mobilizations and equipment, according to Saree. He stated that the Armed Forces will continue to monitor and track all Saudi movements and target them with precision.
