A surface-to-air battery operated by Greek personnel in Saudi Arabia downed two ballistic missiles and a drone launched from Yemen targeting Yanbu on Saturday morning. The strikes sparked fires at an Aramco refinery in Jizan, with dark clouds rising above the facility.

The conflict between the US-backed Saudi Arabia and Iran-backed Houthi rebels has intensified, signaling the emergence of a new front in the Middle East war. The renewed exchange of fire follows US and Israeli strikes on Iran at the end of February.
