Houthis Strike Saudi Aramco's Jizan Oil Hub Again
Saudi Aramco's Jizan oil hub in Saudi Arabia was hit by another attack on Monday, with damage still being assessed. The complex includes a 400,000-barrel-per-day refinery, one of the country's largest, as well as associated processing plants and energy infrastructure.
The strike is the second in recent months to target Jizan, which has been a frequent target for the Iran-backed Houthis. The group has not claimed responsibility for Monday's attack.
Saudi Aramco chief executive Amin Nasser previously said that the company experienced some interruptions to oil production following the previous attack, but insisted there was no material operational or financial impact.
