Houthis Target Jizan Refinery Again

Saudi Arabia's Jizan refinery has been hit again, in what is likely to be another Houthi attack on one of the Red Sea's largest oil processing plants. The refinery, which has a capacity of 400,000 barrels per day (bpd), was reportedly targeted with drones by the Iran-aligned Houthis, marking their second attack on this facility in recent weeks.

The Jizan refinery is a major asset for Saudi Aramco, and its restart had been pushed back to late August due to previous attacks. The latest incident has raised concerns about the stability of oil production in the region and the potential impact on global markets.
