i-80 Gold Corp. Delivers Solid Q2 Results as Granite Creek Ramps Up
i-80 Gold Corp., a Nevada-focused mid-tier gold producer, has reported solid second-quarter results. The company delivered increased production from its Granite Creek project, which is ramping up on schedule. Development at Archimedes and Lone Tree Plant also advanced as planned.
Richard Young, President & CEO of i-80 Gold Corp., stated, 'We remain on track to commence gold mining at Archimedes and major construction at Lone Tree in the fourth quarter of this year.' The company's development plan includes several key milestones for 2026 and 2027.
In terms of financials, revenues were $24.3 million, down from $27.8 million in the prior-year period due to lower gold sold at Granite Creek. However, the average realized gold price increased to $4,522 per ounce. Gold production rose to 11,098 ounces, with the company on track to meet its full-year guidance.
i-80 Gold Corp. has a cash balance of $464.6 million as of June 30, 2026. The company is advancing multiple projects concurrently, including Archimedes and Lone Tree Plant. It expects growth capital expenditures to be largely in line with the $150 million to $175 million guidance.
