India Lifts Wheat Export Ban with Immediate Effect

The Indian government has lifted its export ban on wheat and its products, including Durum variety grain, with immediate effect. This decision comes after the government allowed limited shipments of wheat in February this year.

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued notifications allowing exports of wheat flour and other products such as maida and semolina.
