India Restores Commercial LPG Supplies to Pre-Crisis Levels
The Indian government has lifted commercial LPG supplies to pre-crisis levels and removed sectoral restrictions imposed during the West Asia crisis, providing relief to industrial and commercial consumers.
The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas announced that supplies of bulk LPG had been partially resumed, with consumers now eligible to receive up to 50% of their pre-crisis consumption levels.
The decision follows an improvement in the domestic LPG supply situation and increased availability of imported LPG cargoes.
