India Stock Markets Eye West Asia Conflict, Crude Oil Prices This Week
Developments in the West Asia conflict and crude oil prices will likely drive Indian stock markets this week, analysts say.
Ajit Mishra, SVP of Research at Religare Broking Ltd, notes that investors will closely monitor the impact of stronger-than-expected US employment data on expectations regarding the Federal Reserve's September policy decision.
Domestic equities will also be influenced by foreign institutional flows, the rupee, crude oil prices, and domestic liquidity, according to Mishra.
The Strait of Hormuz developments will remain critical for India's inflation, external balance, and corporate profitability, he added.
