Gold prices in India have seen a slight increase on July 25, 2026. According to Good Returns, the price of 24 carat gold is now at Rs 14,493 per gram, up from Rs 14,433 on July 24. This marks an increase of Rs 60 over the previous day's prices. Similarly, the prices of 22 carat and 18 carat gold have also seen a slight increase, standing at Rs 13,285 and Rs 10,870 per gram respectively.

The fragile truce between the US and Iran has fallen apart, leading to fresh military action and retaliatory strikes in the region. This has led to market fears flaring up again, causing investors to flock back to gold as a safe-haven asset against rising geopolitical hazards and economic instability.
