Indian Gold Prices Soar by Rs 1,000 Amid Silver Decline
Gold prices in India continued their upward trend on August 13th, with bullion markets across the country showing significant increases. In most regions, excluding Chennai, gold prices rose by Rs 1,000 to reach Rs 10,400 per 10 grams.
In contrast, silver prices saw a marginal decline of up to Rs 200 per kilogram during early trading. Despite this, gold prices remained strong, with 24-carat gold trading between Rs 1,54,870 and Rs 1,55,020 per 10 grams in most major bullion markets.
The latest price movement indicates continued strength in the Indian gold market, with no signs of a slowdown. With silver remaining subdued during early trading, investors are keeping a close eye on gold prices as they continue to rise.
