Indian Gold Prices Soar to ₹1.48 Lakh Amid Silver Surge

Gold prices in India have surged by ₹2,735 to reach ₹1.48 lakh per 10 grams of 24-carat gold, according to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA). This marks a rise of ₹5,501 in just six days.

The price of silver has also increased, reaching ₹2.25 lakh per kilogram, up by ₹931 from its previous value.

Compared to last month's highs, gold prices have decreased significantly, with Ajay Kedia, a commodity expert, stating that investors can now invest in gold and silver due to their lower prices.
