Indian Gold Prices Soar to ₹1,52,490 Amid Intensified Buying Interest
Gold prices have surged in India, hitting ₹1,52,490 per 10 grams for 24-carat gold. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), this marks a jump of ₹1,849 from yesterday's rates. Silver prices have also risen, reaching ₹2,34,280 per kilogram.
In just ten days of August, gold has gained ₹9,630, while silver has surged by ₹15,985. This has intensified buying interest among retail investors.
Experts believe that the recent correction from lifetime highs offers a lucrative entry point for investors. Commodity expert Ajay Kedia projects that gold could retest the ₹1.60 lakh mark, while silver could hit ₹2.80 lakh by the end of the year.
