Indian Gold Prices Stabilize as International Markets Weigh In
Gold and silver prices in India remained relatively stable on July 27, despite weakness in international bullion markets. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold futures rose by around 0.66% to ₹1,44,730 per 10 grams, while silver futures dropped by approximately 0.96% to ₹2,25,020 per kilogram.
The retail market saw prices of 24-karat and 22-karat gold traded at ₹1,46,040 and ₹1,33,850 respectively in Delhi, ₹1,45,860 and ₹1,33,700 in Mumbai, and ₹1,45,890 and ₹1,33,700 in Bengaluru.
The marginal differences in retail prices are influenced by brand-specific pricing policies, procurement costs, and regional market conditions. Market participants will continue to track global economic data, US interest rate expectations, and currency movements for further direction in precious metal prices.
