Indian Markets Surge on Lower Crude Oil Prices and IT Sector Gains
Indian stock markets experienced an upward trend in early trading on Tuesday, driven by lower crude oil prices and strong performance from the information technology sector.
The Sensex and Nifty50 indices climbed, with the Sensex rising 152.7 points to 76,988.48 and the Nifty going up by 44.95 points to 24,040.90.
The decline in Brent crude oil prices, which fell by 1.44 per cent to $87.09 per barrel, was a significant factor contributing to the market rally.
Renewed talks with Iran helped ease concerns about potential oil supply disruptions, leading to lower crude prices and an increase in optimism among investors.
