Indian Stocks Rise as Crude Oil Prices Decline Amid Easing Geopolitical Tensions
Indian stock markets opened higher on Tuesday as Brent crude oil prices declined, easing geopolitical tensions in West Asia.
The Sensex and Nifty indices rose by 152.7 points to 76,988.48 and 44.95 points to 24,040.90 respectively in early trade.
Brent crude, the global oil benchmark, traded 1.44% lower at $87.09 per barrel.
