India's September 1 Gold Prices: Tanishq Leads at Rs 14,430 per Gram

Gold prices across various cities in India have been updated for September 1, 2026. The rates vary slightly depending on the jewellery brand and city. Tanishq's price for 22k gold jewellery is Rs 14,430 per gram across showrooms in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Trivandrum, and Bengaluru. This is a slight increase from August 31, 2026, when the price was Rs 14,415 per gram at Tanishq.

Other jewellery brands like Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Kalyan Jewellers, and Joyalukkas also have similar prices for 22k gold jewellery in these cities. The current price is Rs 14,385 per gram at their showrooms in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Trivandrum, and Bengaluru.

The India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) has also updated the gold and silver rates for September 1, 2026. The price of 24K / Fine Gold (999) is Rs 15,480 per gram, while 22k gold is priced at Rs 15,108 per gram. Silver (999) is priced at Rs 2,35,488 per kg.

The rates for August 31, 2026, were slightly higher than the current rates. The price of 24K / Fine Gold (999) was Rs 15,584 per gram on August 31, while 22k gold was priced at Rs 15,210 per gram. Silver (999) was priced at Rs 2,37,199 per kg.
