The price of gasoline in Iowa continues to rise, reaching an average of $4.06 per gallon as of September 9, 2026.
This represents a 17-cent increase from last week's prices and marks a $1.22 jump from the same time period last year.
According to AAA, global crude oil saw a significant rise this week, with West Texas Intermediate (WTI) increasing by $6.24 per barrel to $95.82, while Brent crude rose by $6.55 to $100.79.
