Iran Denies Destruction of Key Oil Hub Despite Trump AI Video

The National Iranian Oil Company has denied that Kharg Island, a key oil hub, is being destroyed after a video posted by US President Donald Trump showed it 'being blown to smithereens'.

Nournews cited Hamid Bovard, the CEO of the National Iranian Oil Company, as saying that conditions on the island are calm and appropriate.

Bovard also stated that despite repeated attacks from the US and Israel, oil workers have not allowed operations to stop 'even for a moment'. In fact, contractors are currently rebuilding and modernising storage tanks and jetties.
