Iran has made significant progress in rebuilding its oil refineries and energy facilities after they were damaged during recent attacks. Iranian Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad said that a substantial portion of the reconstruction work has been completed, and the country's crude oil exports have continued uninterrupted.

Paknejad noted that despite repeated attacks on key infrastructure, including Khark Island, Iran's main oil export terminal, the facility remained operational. He stated that 'despite the bombardment, our colleagues continued loading tankers' at the island, which was targeted over 550 times during the conflict.

The reconstruction process began shortly after the attacks, with debris removal and safety operations taking priority. Paknejad said that 'the reconstruction process usually begins with removing debris. This process started two to three days later, and a significant part of the reconstruction has now been completed.'

Iran is also working to restore damaged gas production capacity, with around 70 percent of production restored at the South Pars Phase 14 refinery. The country aims to increase natural gas production and strengthen its energy capacity in the coming months.
