Iran Suspends Oil Exports Amid Successful Central Bank Planning
Iran's central bank governor, Abdolnasser Hemmati, revealed that oil exports to foreign markets have 'practically ceased'.
Hemmati made the statement in a letter to Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, citing the success of the Central Bank's planning under current circumstances.
The governor assured that Iran now has sufficient foreign exchange resources, and added that there is 'no need to worry' about the supply of essential goods and medicines, as they are provided by the central bank and the government.
