Iran's Energy Industry Hit in Escalating Conflict
The energy industry in Iran's South Pars and Asaluyeh regions was attacked on Wednesday, according to Iran's semi-official Tasnim news agency.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guards responded by issuing evacuation warnings for several oil facilities across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar.
This escalation is part of the ongoing US-Israeli conflict with Iran, which has been escalating since the end of February.
Iran's oil production and infrastructure are concentrated in southwestern provinces, with Khuzestan handling oil exports and Bushehr focusing on gas and condensate from South Pars.
