Iraq Drives OPEC+ Oil Production Surge in August

Oil production in OPEC+ countries has seen an increase of approximately 346,000 barrels per day (bpd) in August, reaching a total of 38.055 million bpd compared to July's 37.757 million bpd.

The OPEC monthly report revealed that Iraq led the growth with a rise of 297,000 bpd, bringing its total production to 3.378 million bpd.

Kazakhstan and the UAE also saw increases in oil production, with Kazakhstan rising by 159,000 bpd and the UAE increasing by approximately 54,000 bpd.
