Iraq Probes Attacks on Saudi Oil Pipeline Launched from Its Territory

A high-level Iraqi security committee has arrived in Maysan province to investigate an attack on an oil facility in Saudi Arabia, which was launched from Iraqi territory.

The attacks targeted the East-West oil pipeline in the Riyadh and Madinah regions, causing casualties and material damage.

Iraqi President Nizar Amidi condemned the attacks, affirming support for government measures to pursue those responsible and rejecting the use of Iraqi territory or airspace as a launching point for attacks against neighboring countries.
