Iraqi Resistance Denies Involvement in Saudi Oil Facility Attacks
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq has denied involvement in drone attacks on oil facilities in Saudi Arabia. Riyadh had accused 'Iranian-backed militias' of carrying out the strikes on Monday, but the resistance network rejected these claims.
In a statement, the resistance network said that such allegations only confirm their conviction that hostility towards Iraq and its people is an inherent characteristic of the regime.
The group also warned that any 'foolish action' by Saudi Arabia would be met with a 'harsh response', referencing recent strikes in Yemen that targeted Saudi infrastructure.
